The big dilemma every real estate professional has to face in a tough market is how can they obtain the greatest exposure from advertising with the least amount of dollars spent.   Not many agents these days have the money to place ads and when they do how do they know what the exposure is from those ads?  Agents make the big mistake of shuffling their ads around or stopping all together after their ad only runs a few times without any response.

I know people hate rats but to throw away a deal on the home of your dreams over the discovery of the poor rat kind make me feel sorry for the little furry thing.   I know what your thinking rats are disgusting, ugly and gross!@  We'll let me fill you in on a tiny little secret..are you ready..RATS love water and if you want to live in Florida then just be prepared to have your neighbor be a rat from time to time.  They especially love to play golf and go boating.  Maybe we have more in common with the furry little things … (1 comments)
