Okay, folks. I know it’s the middle of winter, and it’s been a mild one so far (fingers crossed!). But if you are buying or selling a Hoboken property, you really do need to start getting ready for spring. Use these next few weeks wisely, and you’ll save yourself headaches when the time comes to put your place on the market.
