new jersey 07030: The Hoboken Condo market Update for February 2012 - 03/15/12 10:34 AM
The Hoboken condo market has made some significant moves, many may be in your favor.
Personally, I have been able to get 13 properties into contract during the first two months of this year.  Although the market has been very competitive as of late, most of my buyers have been able to secure the homes that they had targeted as their first choice!  I'm excited to be able to get many of them into their first homes and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship :)

new jersey 07030: Hoboken Condo Supply Drops to Just Over Four Months - 08/20/11 10:37 PM
The Hoboken condo market supply has dropped to just over 4 months (4.36 month supply) based upon the most recent 30-Day Hoboken Condo Market Absorption Rate, a significant drop from the previous weeks rate which was at 5.22 months.     This is the rate where the total condo inventory that is presently on the market for sale would be "absorbed" by the pace of units placed under contract within the last 30 days as of 8/19/11.   Many buyers are surprised by the amount of activity we are presently seeing in the Hoboken condo market.
