By now many of you may know that Governor Jennifer Granholm signed into law Senate Bill 610, which permits real estate brokers to assert against "commercial real estate" a lien for unpaid brokerage fees incurred in connection with the sale or lease of that same realty.
In any given day, week, or month you as a tenant or as a property owner should not be impacted by this new legislation. When business operates as it should, ethically and in accordance to the "deal" there is never a call for such a law or the actions it provides.

Commercial real estate in Michigan, is moving! This is a great tenants market and excellent time for business. I have had friends and associates relay to me they have never seen so many real estate signs around. There is no doubt that inventory is up, but not all types of space is readily available. The Waterford Relay For Life 2010 is well underway. Currently there are 32 Teams signed up online, and over 200 participants thus far. This year looks to be a great success.
 
Last year, thanks to a number of generous supporters, Team Kickin Cancer launched the "Please Move the Toilet" campaign. The 2009 Waterford Relay For Life was a huge success.  This fundraiser was a great success and loved by everyone. Families had a fun time picking out their next friend to get the display.
