Buyer and agents alike have talled me " Irena, really this is the best unit in the area that we have seen. No other one is as nice" Really, let me tell you this home has everything . It's got the spece, large bedrooms, large kitchen with a window, a laundry area a formal livingroom with high celings, a large 4 piece bathroom with double sinks a 1/2 a bath in the living area for convienience a large entry foyer with a coat closet a one car built in garage, a family room with a fire place, a bathroom with a (0 comments)
Chase Bank. Are they interested in helping homeowners in trouble? - 10/22/08 12:24 PM
Or are they really looking to put money in their pocket? Here's what I came to find by speaking to a homeowner who is 4 month behind on their mortgage because the homeowner was hurt and was unable to work for a while. he did contact Chase as soon as it accured. They offered him NOTHING. all they want is " pay us now" the home has quite a nice amount of equity and they actually said to him that they are interested in foreclosing on his house rather then helping him out to keep and stay at the house. That's what they tell you. contact your bank whenyou are in the beginning of your financial dificulty, not when you've benn 3 months behind on your payments. Well here is a situation with a reputable bank CHASE. a homeowner who has a first mortgage at principal balance of oproximatley 150,000 and a home equity line of credit for a principal balance of oproximatkey 50,000 with CHASE has going through some hard time due to cut backs at his job, hours were reduced. He contacts Chase and asks for some help, loan modification ar anything at all to help him and his family (0 comments)

Before examining the latest data, it's a good idea to put concerns in perspective on current market conditions. Granted, there's plenty of negative economic news at the moment, and a lot of it is specifically tied to the housing market. Still, it's also true that a lot of misleading information is floating around. The media tends to focus on the markets that have been hit hardest, and ignore those where housing has remained relatively strong.
It's unfortunate, because misleading information scares both sellers and buyers. And when buyers and sellers are scared, it only makes matters worse. Consumer confidence falls, (0 comments)
