Before examining the latest data, it's a good idea to put concerns in perspective on current market conditions. Granted, there's plenty of negative economic news at the moment, and a lot of it is specifically tied to the housing market. Lets Just Swipe Houses. - 12/18/08 01:34 PM
I have contacted one of my associates who showed my listing this past weekend looking for feedback. She's telling me that her buyer really liked the house and wanted to make an offer. Since the buyer's house was also for sale and about to go to contract, she had learned that the buyers that were purchasing her house backed out because her buyers were selling their home in New Jersey, their buyers were denied a mortgage and so they have backed out of the deal. ( confusing??? I hope not ) in other words this is a domino effect. So I keep talking to
