homes: Excellent commission and a great price = still can not sell this house - 05/15/08 09:52 PM
I have a great listing. it is a 2 family home in an excellent condition and it shows beautifuly. the price is marketable and is priced 35,000-40,000 below 2 comperable homes in the same neighborhood. the commission is 6% with 50/50 split. I just do not understand what is the problem??????
