Living in an apartment or condo can be a GREAT SOLUTION when downzing and you can truly be happy with lower cost and less maintenance. BUT is condo living for you - lets look at the pros and cons. When you are thinking of purchasing a condo apartment, you must think beyond the dollars and cents. Your neighbors are closer than you think and that might be a good thing or not such a great thing. If you are downsizing because you are reaching those golden years and want to socialize with people in the same age bracket it might not be a great idea (1 comments)

SOMETIMES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, YOU ARE UNABLE TO PURCHASE A HOME BUT IF SOMEONE COULD HELP YOU IT MIGHT JUST HAPPEN. There are rent-to-own programs where you can rent a home for an agreed upon time while you build up your down payment for that house. You will then have the option to buy that home at the end of the lease trm for a price that is agreed upon before the lease begins. WHO IS IT FOR? Rent to Own can be for almost anyone who wants to own a home but does not quite qualify for a (0 comments)

DEAR BUYERS Please, please, please - when looking for a home, DO NOT purchase a home just based on the house. Look around the neighborhood, drive by the property at diffrent times of the day to see what's happening on the street. Park in front of the house - look at it from different angles. What's next to the house, what's behind the house, is there a bus stop right in front of the house - those are all the things you should be looking at before making the decision.
