Its important for potential sellers and buyers to ensure that they get the best possible real estate working for them whenever they purchase or sell a property. Trim the shrubs...Give them a good trim so they aren't overgrown. This is also a safety issue as overgrown bushes give burglars a place to hide.Paint the shutters...Vinyle shutters will fade and painted will peel. You can add spray paint made for vinyl and a few cans of paint for wood makes a world of difference

When is it a good idea to make a low offer?
1. If the property has been on the market for a while and there has been very little activity and no offers.
2. If the property has been empty for a while.
3. If the price has been reduced several times.
