SELLING YOUR HOME - FULL SERVICE / NO COMMISSION MEANS???????
How can you possibly get full service and pay no commission? Oh yes, that might mean - we will give you the tools and you do the work i.e. book the appointments, prepare the paperwork, pre-screen potential buyers, do the negotiations and attend to all the closing details. It might not be brain surgery but if you don't have the time or knowledge that a real estate agent has - will you be really getting top dollar for your home?

Home Staging is an art - not something that everyone can do well. Let me explain. Last night I did a listing presentation and the sellers were wondering why their home did not sell when previously listed. There were several factors involved: (1) overpriced (2) no staging appeal and (3) errors on the feature sheet. Staging a home makes it more appealing to the buyers looking for a home in a certain area within a certain budget. OTTAWA - September 4, 2009: Members of the Ottawa Real Estate Board sold 1,216 residential properties in August through the Board's Multiple Listing Service system compared with 1,181 in August 2008. This is an increase of 3 per cent. Of those sales, 259 were in the condominium property class, while 957 were in the residential property class. The condominium property class includes any property regardless of style (ie: detached, semi-detached, appartment, etc.) which is registered as a condominium, as well as properties which are co-operatives, life leases and timeshares.
