 On Thursday I had appointments to show a buyer some homes in Boca Raton, Florida.
 I made the appointments thru the showing desk of ABC REAL ESTATE .
  They had six homes I wanted to show my buyers.
 I questioned the fact that they were in guard gated communities and usually require to
be called thru at the gate. I was told that they did not have any instructions on contacting the

 As I sat on my balcony today, I noticed a very streamline boat heading my way.
 I grabbed my camera expecting this boat to hit the throttle and "fly" thru the water with the greatest
of ease.
