A new iPhone application from Smart Mobile Solutions allows real estate professionals who use DocuSign to track, view, revise and electronically sign documents on the go.
The ESIGNControl iPhone app provides mobile access to DocuSign's capabilities, allowing real estate agents, mortgage brokers and others who rely on the company's e-signature services to close deals from anywhere they have a data connection.

Search IRES and other Denver MLS "Distressed Properties"
In response to user requests, we have added the ability to search for Metrolist (and IRES) "Short Pay" and "Lender Owned/REO" listings on the Basic Criteria screen. Scroll down to find the "Distressed Properties" area on the right.
Additionally, we have added the "Style" search fields in the Exterior area (bottom left). All these fields are available on Listing Search, Hotsheets, Prospects and the Statistics screen.
Other resources: Realist, our Public Records provider added even more Foreclosure tools:

IRES subscribers can now select the preferred feedback method for their listing. Maybe your clients prefer that you personally call the showing agents instead of emailing feedback.
PATHWAY TO SET YOUR PREFERENCES: LOG IN TO IRESis; click USER and go to PREFERENCES.
AND...
Customize the Feedback Questionnaire:
You can now create a custom feedback questionnaire. Include any or all of the standard questions plus 2 custom questions. You can create a template on the PREFERENCES screen or create custom feedback per listing.
