Here are some great tips for narrowing down your Google searches and finding exactly what you want, where you want it. I absolutely love it! As usual, IRES has come through with flying colors. Not only is CloudCMA extremely intuitive and easy to use but it produces a very professional report. I really like how some of the report, i.e.-letter to seller, is customizable. That makes my job so much easier when I go on a listing appointment. THIS JUST IN... IRES subscribers can now select the preferred feedback method for their listing. Maybe your clients prefer that you personally call the showing agents instead of emailing feedback. PATHWAY TO SET YOUR PREFERENCES: LOG IN TO IRESis; click USER and go to PREFERENCES. AND... Customize the Feedback Questionnaire: You can now create a custom feedback questionnaire. Include any or all of the standard questions plus 2 custom questions. You can create a template on the PREFERENCES screen or create custom feedback per listing.
