TAX SOFTWARE...What Do You Use for Real Estate Business and Why? - 01/24/10 11:28 AM
I'm looking for something simple. A TAX prep software program that guides me thru the tax process, maybe week by week, and one which does not require me to have gotten an "A" in Junior High School Calculus Class. I am not a math wiz, by any means, as my artistic bent is far stronger. But we do have to pay taxes and I'd like to find the best way to do that with the least amount of brain drain. Thanks for any input. Have a spectacular year and stay well.

Homeless? The Tragedy in Haiti is far more than the Loss of Homes....Realtors® Unite - 01/17/10 09:18 AM
Frustration over the ENORMOUS challenge that the terrible tragedy in Haiti has brought to the fore, and that joined with our not trusting many of the old donation charities, learning of this new venue for donations headed up by both Bush and Clinton I see a path. God Bless all who are there, on their way, and all those supporting the efforts here at... HOME. I challenge all Realtors® to donate, whether it be one dollar each or many, to their own BIC and then collect these to go to the local board to be donated to whatever organization your Realtors® vote upon. Social Media - If you are a baby Boomer, hold on tight and put your cursor on the pause button - 01/13/10 03:47 PM
The stats in this video are amazing, and to me- a baby Boomer -a tad frightening. Why, I had to hover over the pause button just to read the stats and let them sink in. But sink in they did. Social Media is changing the way we communicate globally http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpqXuA41vY8 Here is another one, IMHO not as much fun as the first, but still-numbers that may shock you. They did me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ILQrUrEWe8 God Bless Us Everyone...Tiny Tim (the first one) (5 comments)
