Digital Point & Shoot Cameras with Wide Angle Lens Built In...Advice please - 09/02/10 07:24 AM
Okay, I give. I need to buy a new camera. I am adding virtual tours (using my still shots) to all of our listings. 
The sellers love it. And we know that half of what we do is to keep the seller happy.
We are pretty decent "picture takers" (notice I did not say photographers)  but the pictures taken with our current digital when placed into the VT are large and some get a bit blurry at the size allowed in the VT.
I hate the fish-eye shots and those pictures that give a distorted view of a room. Gives me vertigo!

REFFERALS! How to YOU Explain to Family & Friends Who Seem to Have a Short Memory? - 09/02/10 07:18 AM
Okay, I am dumbfounded now.
Just talking on the phone with my sister, who is one of the smartest human beings on the planet, about referrals. We have had the "before anyone in the family even calls a Realtor...Call Aunt Judy first." discussion adfinitum.
I am a REALTOR® in North Carolina and she lives in South Florida.
So today, she mentions her son is relocating back to Weston, FL, from Texas and is looking for a rental until his home in Ft. Myers sells. So I gently remind her before they look to buy in the near future call Aunt Judy.
