relocation company commissions: Relocation Companies - 06/16/10 09:45 AM

WOW! We finally have the relocation home sold. I am working with a new company called Cartus. So far they have been a real pain in the you know what. They jump all over me to get the initial paper work in so that they can get their 40% commission. Yes I did say 40%. This is just plain robbery. Anyway, now that I have an offer, the Cartus representative will not return my call for additional information on how to turn in this offer. they have to approve all offers on the home.
