seller real estate market: The education of sellers - 09/17/10 10:34 AM

I just wanted to share something with all of you. I have a house listed on the market with a good friend of mine. We as agents need to ensure that we educate our clients. The reason I say this is due to the media out there giving them dis-information. I have an offer on the table for their house. True it was a little less than what they wanted but in this market having a qualified buyer is a good thing even if they start out a little low.
