Hello,

I have the pleasure of working with the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County. They are an awesome group of people. They strive to provide a save place for our children. No matter the financial status of these kids, they are allowed to be on the same level as the others - no one knows or cares about how much money their parents have.

It costs $350.00 per year - per child to provide them the services of the Boys and Girls Club. For those parents who struggle financially, they are charged $10.00 per year. The rest of the cost is covered by donations and grants.

I encourage you to check out thier website and consider making some monetary donations to the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County. These kids need this awesome experience and without the generousity of people like us that can afford it - most of these kids will grow up missing out on so much!

The MLS Listing says that it's "Move in Ready."

When it reads this in the MSL lisitng and you get ino the house only to find it filthy and stinking of who knows what! I want to call the listing agent and their sellers and ask them if they would be willing to move in!

I think as listing agents for the seller, we have a responsiblity to address this type of misrepresentation! If this is only being included into the listing to catch someones eye or to get them excited about viewing that home over another, its wrong!

It effects my opinion of that agent and their honesty about a listing. What else is wrong with that listing?

Tell me your thoughts on this topic. It really upsets me!
