Proposed Conforming Limits In California - 01/25/08 06:50 PM
I really think the proposed conforming limits will give the California market a big boost.  I have had so many calls from people stuck with a conforming first and a line of credit behind it.  These people will be able to consolodate into lower rates with less restrictive guidelines then the current jumbo market.  The purchase market will take off as well, high LTV purchase money and stated income will be back, only now things are affordable.  My phone has been ringing non stop this week.  Hope the banks are gearing up!!!

Put Your Farm On You Tube - 01/07/08 01:17 PM
I have been documenting all the subdivisions in my local area on You Tube in an effort to educate potential buyers about the area.  I am mailing in these subdivisions as well letting homeowners know I have done a feature piece on their neighborhood via You Tube.  Just starting starting to update my web 2.0 stuff for 2008 and thought I would share.
