Believe it or not, the real estate market in Big Bear is very competitive at this time. Like every market, there are good deals and there are bad deals. If you are in the majority of buyers who are looking for a great deal, you need to have all your ducks in a row before you will have any chance of success. Have you heard the old saying "Only fools rush in? " In real estate, this can be doubly true. In today's society, we are used to instant gratification. When we want something we don't even have to leave the comfort of our homes. We just go to the website advertising the thing we want, click on the item, provide our credit card information and it arrives on our doorstep a few days later.
