Recently I developed a new dynamic vacation and long term rental website for Don Bricker Properties, Inc. www.DonBrickerProperties.com The beauty of this site is not just it's attractiveness, but how simple it is to keep updated. I programmed the site so just about any staff person with basic computer skills and an Internet connection can manage it. They do this by logging into a back-end admin control panel where rental details can be added or changed including text and pictures. A back-end database holds all of the rental data and the front-end (public view) displays the rentals in an organized and easy to navigate layout. The system also has the ability to link to outside availability calendars from StayUSA, Escapia and others. As a side note, I've also developed an in-house availability calendar system that allows you to manage your own calendars. It's perfect for the small firm with just a few rentals.
