TENANT SCREENING TIPS
1. Always use a preprinted rental application whether it is our generic form or a special company printed form.

I moved to Miami 11 years ago and probably since I live here I have been in the airport more than 100 times between traveling and picking up friends, family and customers. What I hate the most is driving to the Miami airport in rush hour with all the traffic to pick up someone and not knowing if the flight is on time or delay until I get there.

Most mornings, I can get a cup of coffee while my computer starts and Outlook, and the other applications I use regularly open.
