just as a courtesy I like to Appropriately thank the professional people out there who make things easier and more seamless.Right now I'd like to thank Linda Orlando with Global Equity Lending!She was more than kind and courteousand patient with my buyers on more than one occasion but she found exactly what type of mortgage that would work for them.  She got them Prequailified which was really important so none of us were wasting time going to houses they couldn't afford and then approved in a timely fashion.She offered a whole lot of different programs for the buyers and patiently help … (0 comments)

Are you at risk of losing your home??I was inspired to post this because I knew people in need of Forclosure help andits definately scary if you don't know what to do. My own advice though I would say go to http://www.hemap.org/   (if you live in PA)Its a very informative website and it tells about grant help if you are behind because of an uncontrolable circumstance and how the mortgage company can't forclose once you have had your "face to face" meeting with the lawyer.
