OK, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you don't have to live here to make a wise (and profitable) investment in the Oklahoma City real estate market.  Now that the NBA will be here this fall, anyone can invest in what was already one of the best real estate markets in the country.  The national slowdown has hit us gently the past month so now is even a better time to make that invesment.  There will be families moving to Oklahoma City directly and indirectly associated with the NBA team.  If you are interested in making that once in a lifetime investment "DO IT NOW".
