I would say a lot of consumers do not realize the time and money spend on trying to sell homes and help buyers buy a home. It may be our chosen profession but we love it and earn every penny! We do not get paid for anything until the home goes to closing.

As you can see from the chart, since 2009 sold prices in Massapequa are fluctuating but not a lot.
Short sales are hard to come by in Massapequa. When they do come on the market, they go under contract fairly quickly.
# of Sold Homes 2009 - 178# of Sold Homes 2010 - 184# of Sold Homes 2011 - 36 as of 3/31/11There were a little more buyers in 2010 compared to 2009.
