Twelve homes came onto the market in Lindenhurst last week. 6 of them are with my office, Century 21 AA Realty. Prices range from $225,000 for a two bedroom, two story home to $349,000 for a two bedroom, five room Ranch and it is bay-front.Three of these homes are short sales.
Six Lindenhurst homes went under contract. Listing prices range from $169,000 for a two bedroom, five room Raised Ranch to $399,999 for a four bedroom, nine room Hi Ranch. One home is a short sale and one home is an REO … (0 comments)
