My office to home is literally a five minute drive. What could possibly happen during that time? You would think not much but I beg to differ......
Lovely Lexus Lady blew a stop sign that was clear as day and missed hitting me by a few seconds. Mercedes Woman almost rammed me from behind. Mercury Man also almost rammed me from behind. Side Note: If you are going to be that close to me, put a ring on my finger. What do you think these three lovelies have in common?.................

Babylon NY Real Estate Sold Homes Analysis 2008 - November 2010 85 homes in Babylon NY have sold this year. 69 homes in Babylon NY sold in 2009. So that means there are more buyers this year than last year. This is probably due to the Home Buyer Tax Credit that expired in April 2010. Will be interesting to see what 2011 will bring!The average sold price as of November 2010 compared to November 2009 are almost the same. Let's hope this trend continues throughout 2011. The second chart shows the average prices for Babylon NY each month throughout 2010.

New York Cell Phone Law: Just A Friendly Reminder From Your Neighborhood Real Estate Agent!
As a lot of you know (I hope), New York State has a no talking, no emailing, no texting, no make-up application (kidding on that last one) while driving law. The maximum fine is $150.00
It is a secondary law, which means in order for a person to be ticketed for the offense, the driver must have committed a primary enforcement offense such as speeding, disobeying a traffic signal or other violation. This law will replace laws passed by other jurisdictions in NYS.
