If you feel I can add to it, I appreciate it if you let me know! I also see the checkboxes are out of alignmemt. If you want, email me and I will forward it to you in MS Word. Curb Appeal Checklist

selling your home: Comparable Market Analysis When Selling Your Home: What It Really Means - 04/28/10 03:30 PM
Comparable Market Analysis When Selling Your Home: What It Really Means Thinking about selling your home? The most important thing is determining the current market value of your home. Even though there are websites that claim they can give you an estimate of your home's value, they are usually off by as much as +/- 20% to 30% and neither is good. Why? Obviously you do not want to under price your home. When that happens you will lose thousands. Overpriced, your home will sit while your competition is selling and you will not get a single offer and will

selling your home: Top 5 Vibes Given Off By Homes For Sale-Which One Brings in the Sale and Money? - 02/25/10 07:38 AM
Via Kristi DeFazio Colorado Springs Real Estate 719-459-5468 (RE/MAX Advantage): Please direct comments to Kristi. Via Kristi DeFazio Colorado Springs Real Estate 719-459-5468 (RE/MAX Advantage): I have been a buyer's agent in Colorado Springs for awhile now and each time I take a buyer into a home, they usually make a comment within the first 5 seconds of entering the home. selling your home: Selling Your Home on Long Island - Why Didn't The Internet Marketing Plan Work? - 01/30/10 07:50 AM
Selling Your Home on Long Island - Why Didn't The Internet Marketing Plan Work? I see so many expired and withdrawn listings on the Multiple Listing Service Long Island and it's almost always the same reason: lack of Internet marketing. How do I know? I can tell by the agency that listed the home in the first place. As Realtors, we have to know who our competition is. So, you saved 1 or 2% and at what cost? The cost is the fact that your home didn't sell. Was it worth it to you? Most likely not. Maybe you didn't

selling your home: Selling Your Home On Long Island and Market Value - by Jackie Connelly-Fornuff - 01/27/10 08:42 AM
Selling Your Home On Long Island and Market Value Market value is market value plain and simple. I've had listing appointments knowing a home cannot be put on the market due to the mortgages being higher than market value. Do I cancel that appointment? No. I made a commitment to meet with you and I stand by that commitment. I do know going in that I may disappoint you. I also know you may want to list way above market value but I just will not do that. Why? Because even though you know what market value is and want

selling your home: Babylon Village Real Estate - Where Were The Buyers?!?!??! - 01/08/10 09:05 AM
Babylon Village Real Estate - Where Were The Buyers?!?!??! I sent a mailing to an expired listing located in Babylon Village, New York, a few days ago. Boy, I could tell he was ticked off to no end! That evening as I lay in bed, I kept thinking of that last line he said. I had to get up and look into
