Thanks to Tropical Storm Fay we now have waterfront property. 
Do you think I can raise the price of my home?
We are all fine, though it has been a bit difficult to get back to work (need that 4 wheel drive vehicle).  We are thankful that the storm was no worse and hope everyone else faired as well.  The water will receed in a few days then we'll be on the watch for the next one.
