The Right Price is everything!

I just sold a $43,000 habitable home on the Gulf Coast, in less than 24hrs.! Can you believe it? Now, I'm in the processing of listing two other homes for under $90,000! Whew, I love to see that they are still out there! Yes, I love selling the million dollar homes; but this is my bread & butter!
