So you've decided to sell your home and you've spruced up the exterior to offer as much buyer appeal as possible.  Now its time to consider the interior of the home.  It should be inviting and appealing too.
Leave the lights on and pull open your curtains during the day time.
Make sure the temperature is pleasant. Keep the home heated comfortably in winter and cooled comfortably in summer.
Placing flowers or house plants in various rooms is a very nice touch.
Paint, repair, touch up walls.  Paint trim.
Close the doors and cabinets.

There are so many things to consider when you're preparing to put your home on the market.  You want to give the property the best advantage in this current market and you want to make it stand out. Here are some things to consider when you've made the decision to sell your home.
Exterior- Buyer Appeal is Crucial.
Make sure your house number is readily visible and easy to read.
Put your lights on timers so your home is lit up at dusk.
Check the gutters, eaves and downspouts to make sure they are all in good repair.
