Buyers, Buyers, Buyers! The market is exploding here in Orange County with multiple offers! Do not wait until you are priced out of the market. I am making offers for very qualified buyers and are getting out bid by $20k-$50k every offer. I read the paper about more lay offs but then go to work and am faced with multiple offers for my buyers. I think we have hit bottom, at least here in Orange County
