Next Thursday, June 24th, 2010, the new Iphone 4 becomes available and once again I have to recommend this phone to all Realtors. There are several features that will be on the new phone and I will highlight a few here that I believe are essential to those of us working out in the field.

There are many things that we as Real Estate agents can do to help our customers, and hopefully to turn them into long term Clients. One thing that I found very helpful is that I wrote some HTML pages on my website that help customers and clients when they are in Aiken from out of town with their accommodations and dining needs.
