We started our firm in May 2008, just as it became apparent that the real estate market had crashed. The firm we left, Real Estate of Jackson Hole, filed for bankruptcy in December 2008.
2008 was a struggle, and 2009 wasn't any better. But all that hard work paid off, as our new company, Contour Investment Properties, captured 52% of the commercial transactions market share in Jackson Hole (Teton County, WY) in 2010.
Turns out it wasn't a fluke...we did it again in 2011!
