I see it as another site to get more exposure for yourself, listings, and your expertise of real estate or mortgage. There are several lenses on this site and it has a ranking system like active rain accept you get &lt;strong&gt;paid&lt;/strong&gt; for it. I'm not trying to stear you away from active rain, just sharing another site to have fun with.You can also donate your funds to charity groups.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>How many Michael Jackson jokes do you know?</title>

&lt;p&gt;It was about the 2nd grade is when I started to receive an &lt;strong&gt;influx&lt;/strong&gt; of jokes regarding &lt;strong&gt;Michael Jackson&lt;/strong&gt; the one glove bandit. I remember being some what of a celebrity when my name was announced at the hospital or my freshman year in high school, or having my name announced when I played baseball. I will give you the option to say what you think the answer is behind the jokes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So here is the list:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Why does Michael Jackson wear &lt;strong&gt;one &lt;/strong&gt;glove?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Why does Michael Jackson always grab his &lt;strong&gt;crotch&lt;/strong&gt; while dancing?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. (&lt;strong&gt;I heard this one from a seller&lt;/strong&gt;) What did the mother say to Michael Jackson when he was at the beach?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Why did adult parents keep sending their kids to &lt;strong&gt;never land ranch&lt;/strong&gt;?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Why do you think&amp;nbsp;I go by the name &lt;strong&gt;Mike&lt;/strong&gt; instead of Michael?&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>I'm baffled at this second lien holder.</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I'm currently in a &lt;strong&gt;short sale review&lt;/strong&gt; with a few offers on a home in california and the first will get paid and the second which is a subsidiary of the first has &lt;strong&gt;rejected&lt;/strong&gt; two offers and will &lt;strong&gt;not counter&lt;/strong&gt; and let us know what their bottom line is. They would rather foreclose tomorrow than let us know where we need to be, and they want the seller to do a &lt;strong&gt;promissory note&lt;/strong&gt; for the remaining balance of the lost. Is there any reason why the second would rather foreclose than get money? I don't understand.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Option One Mortgage &lt;/strong&gt;was the lender that had both liens on the property that I had listed and successfully closed on April 15th, 2008. The &lt;strong&gt;buyers agent&lt;/strong&gt; sent in an offer on February 28th, 2008 and a few other offer came in around the same time. This agent must have given his buyer the &lt;strong&gt;approximate&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;wait time for the process of a short sale like I told him because all of the other buyers were nowhere to be found. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Fortunately &lt;strong&gt;Option One &lt;/strong&gt;was the easiest bank I&amp;#39;ve had to deal with in regards to an approval, and they didn&amp;#39;t ask for a promissory note or delay with a second or 3rd appraisal or BPO. Not once did I physically speak to the assigned negotiator he emailed me the approval, and gave us a closing date of April 25th , 2008. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;For the agents not showing short sales to your buyers you might be missing out on good deals with agents that are experienced with short sales and giving you an approximate accurate time frame for approval.
