one hundred percent financing: Can I get a zero down home loan in today's market? - 08/03/10 02:36 PM

I witnessed a successful closing with the USDA-Rural Housing Loan in the city of Lathrop California as the listing agent on this transaction. I was very skeptical because of other stories I've read and heard but it actually closed ahead of schedule too. The requirements are not too bad either. The main requirements are a 620 mid fico score, owner occupied primary residence only. There are some income limits but this is a great program for those who can't afford to put 3.5% down. If you're currently reading this and are looking for a new home in Contra Costa County. One hundred percent financing is available for you. You will also be able to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit and the $10,000 new home tax credit along with builder incentives.
