IS THE WILD WEST MAKING A COMEBACK? As I began my real estate career there were some horrific incidents concerning agents showing houses and suffering severe consequences. My grown children were concerned for the safety of their adult mother. I agreed to investigate being armed. I checked into the legal requirements, I took a hand gun course and was quite effective at 25 feet (of course a 5 year old could be at that distance!), then I discussed this with a friend. To get into Broomfield in a nice home in a good neighborhood, is tough. However, I've got a great listing coming up that you may want to take a look at.
