I tried the rain membership for the trial period and cancelled before it ended as It did not seem to help me. They continue to charge my account for the fee of $39 but the stuff you are allowed to do has been cancelled. I have written several emails and have yet to get a response from them. I have looked over the site and cannot find a contact number. please if you have the contact number give it to me. thanks
