I tell you yesterday I had one of my best closing ever. My buyers kept thanking me over and over for my help. Telling me my customer service was a 12 and my proactiveiness was awesome. They told me they could never of bought this and got this deal without me. She was about in tears and gave me the biggest hug.

Sometimes I wonder about Realtors. I just closed a short sale today. Wooo...We had an approval from the bank on March 31st. The buyer had 20 days to secure financing which they supplied a proapproval letter for. on the 19th day I get an email.. not even a call from their Realtor. We cant find any finacing on this condo complex. We had had this dicussion weeks earlier and I told him a bank that had just financed one for me in this building. So I asked him about them. Today is the beginning of Spring Break here in Panama Cty Beach. There is so much going on all over town today.
