Well there boys and girls I’ve seen this before. Not something I long to see again but I know I will. You men know exactly what I mean and I know you’ve seen this also. That’s right ladies I’m talking about your gender not all of you fit into this category but even you have seen this. Come on give it a try before you look at the meaning of the word. The person was of course Sam Walton the man of Wal-Mart. Unless you knew him you would have never guessed it. Yes James said it penetration is the word of the day. Now you people get your mind out of the gutter you should know better by now but for those of you who don’t just read on. We as agents, inspectors, loan agents and the like need to have this ability to survive in this market. Read the new word of the carefully. Not that you have done so what do you think it means? I’ve seen people who possess this problem. Sometimes I’ve had this problem myself and I think most of us have experienced this problem from time to time. So if you haven’t guess the meaning of (dif’e dens) is lack of confidence in oneself, marked by hesitation in asserting oneself; shyness. So now what say you or do you know an agent who suffers from this problem?

I possess this sometimes. You did catch the sometimes didn’t you? Anyway it doesn’t happen often and as I grow in age the time frame seems to be getting longer and longer between them. I’ve seen these but not lately. This for where it is located would be cheap to build. If they say necessity is the reason you can sure put this one on the menu. I bet ya this one was difficult to build with the tools at hand. Anyway the meaning of (chik’e) is a Seminole Indian house built on stilts, with open sides and a thatched roof of palm leaves.

In olden times and still in some places today homes are made of this. While I think this is a good thing for some places do you think it is still useful now? Have you had your thinking caps on and figured out the meaning of the word? If not don’t feel lonesome so if you haven’t again don’t feel lonesome. The meaning of {hom} is straw or hay used for thatching, bedding. Interesting word isn’t it?

I sure do and I bet you do to. The thing is how do you do it? For me it all depends on the client. Some need more of this than others and some just want you to get on with it. I’ve done it a few times but not many. All the homes my clients have purchased have risen to this quality. I would like to think most property at one time or the other was this but then beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Now for the meaning of (foo droi’ent) it is simply dazzling or stunning. You know you have the right home when your client walks in and says WOW!! What say you?

I had no idea they have a word for this.
Yep I called it something totally different but comes to find out there is a word for this. I wonder how many of you knew this word and what it meant. The word is “cocotte” and it makes me wonder who in the world thought of this one. Anyway the meaning of (ko kat’) is a small casserole for a single portion of food. Who would have thunk it?

I like a big “ambry” it’s just me.
I remember my mom’s home had a large one and I enjoyed going in there. Now these are hard to find. I sure do miss those days but the memories will last me all my days. Not much left to say about these so here is the meaning of (am’bre) a cupboard, locker or pantry. In my mom’s home she had a walk in pantry and it was sooooo big. Needless to say she had it stocked to the ceiling great memories.

I like being “redd” it makes things go easier.
Being redd sure makes things go easier and I know that for a fact. Now I knew of when I was not redd and things went downhill in a hurry. Origin shows North England and Scottish so it’s been around for awhile. I will be redd in 2012 will you? The meaning of (red) is to put in order, make tidy. If all your contracts addendums and other paperwork are in order there will be no problems at the closing table. Now what say you?

I usually don’t write about local things but:
This is the semiannual arts and craft festival in beautiful NW Arkansas. I took several pictures but rest assured not all I wanted.
We had a great time and the weather was just right life is good
The festival is twice yearly and the next one is in May. People are already booking rooms so if you want to get away and have a good time come see us here in NW Arkansas it’s a great place to live.

Even though he’s from Texas A & M I still like the man. Sometimes he comes up to my area to play a few rounds of golf. This past Sunday we were playing one of the courses and on the 18th hole I hit a monster of a T shot for me. We got into the cart and headed over to my grandsons ball. An interesting sighting…
The other day I was driving near Rogers, AR. in beautiful NW Arkansas. I was behind a vehicle with a pink ribbon on the license plate and a bumper sticker that said “Save the ta-tas.” Anyway as I was travelling following this vehicle I saw a females hand come out of the driver’s side window with a cigarette in it. As we went on the smoke and cigarette showed up several times. I wondered if it was just a fad the license plate or did she really think she was making a statement.
