A true story, it really did happen.
I’ve been working with a couple for a couple of months.  Anyway I’ve only shown them about 4 homes and I could tell they were anxious to buy one.  They have made two offers and were outbid on both.  We had an appointment to look at two yesterday.  About 15 minutes before the time I had already backed into the driveway unlocked the door and looked around.  I received a call saying the female was ill and they would not make it.  No problem here I just shut the door and left.
