The Enchanted Oaks subdivision in Raleigh, NC features large homes, wooded lots and plenty of privacy. The character of the Enchanted Oaks neighborhood is decidedly rural. There’s no municipal water available. Water is supplied by wells. There’s also no sewer system. Sanitation is via a community septic tank. The oldest homes in Enchanted Oaks were built in the 1980’s and many of the best can be found on Penny Road.
