denver: Does Your Landlord Have You Cornered? - 05/31/07 10:40 AM
Cherry Creek Mortgage Company - Private Mortgage Banking - The James Holmes Lending Team has made a strong commitment to assisting first-time homebuyers in their quest to obtain the dream of homeownership by utilizing a variety of low interest, low cost assistance programs. In our practice we work with both State and Federal Governmental agencies along with Quasi-Governmental agencies to provide access to the mortgage products needed to serve a broad number of first-time home buyers. denver: A Salute to the “Visionary Optimist,” the Real Estate Developer - 05/22/07 08:56 AM
Today, I sat down to read the May 18-24 edition of the Denver Business Journal http://www.denverbusinessjouranl.com/ , as a real estate professional I was impressed by the number of stories announcing the ground breaking of residential housing projects in the central core of Denver, Colorado. By far the most ambitious of these is being carried out by my client and friend Randy Nichols of The Nichols Partnership. In recent years consumers have begun to accept alternative methods to utilize equity in their homes other than the traditional equity

I often run across a great idea or a new way of providing great service to the real estate community and the home buying public at large. My response is usually, "I wish I would have thought of that," and I move on. The next best thing to creating the next big thing is being ask to be a part of someone else's brain child and so it is with the Real Estate Libraries http://www.relibraries.com/ located at the Cherry Creek Mall in Denver Colorado http://www.shopcherrycreek.com/. Touted as "a preferred real estate resource," the Real Estate Libraries is truly a unique way

denver: A Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness - 03/22/07 10:19 PM
Two years ago I was provided with an opportunity to join the fight to end homelessness in Denver within a ten year time-frame as envisioned by Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper. The initiative is call Denver's Road Home. It was an honor to be asked to serve on a committee with such a worthy mission and committed individuals.
