Ponder this when listing you home for sale in a buyers market. Once your home is on the MLS, you have professional pictures taken, it’s staged and you have advertising in place the only remaining influences are price and market. You cannot control the market but you can control the price. To often I see clients holding out to get market value on their existing home only to expect to pay well below market on their new home.
