Market conditions picking up? The last two weekends have been very promising moving forward in the current housing market. Many people coming into the open houses are what I would call first time lookers. This group of people are just starting to look around and seeing what the neighborhoods are like. At this point, they are generally not partial to any neighborhood and quite ready to buy, but want to see what the different homes and neighborhoods. I find this very exciting. The San Francisco peninsula has always been a choose for many people living in the Bay Area. The Peninsula supports some of the highest price neighborhoods and is a desirable place for all to live. Our current market positions are very encouraging. Believe it or not it's turning into a seller's market. Why do I say that you may ask: San Mateo County's housing inventory is low.
