I’ve been working with a buyer that has been focused on bank-owned / REO properties here in the Palmdale / Lancaster area but with the REO inventory so low here in the Antelope Valley, I expanded the search to include short-sales as well. This evening, I received this question from them in an e-mail: “…So what I was wondering is how much lower the bank will typically go on a short sale?
