Staging with Original Artwork - 05/31/08 06:26 PM
I recently had an idea to stage vacant homes with original works of art by local artists. I'm wondering if others have tried this and what the response has been. There's obviously some concern with liability which would need to be addressed. I wrote up a contract with the following points. Should something be added or deleted? Thanks for your thoughts!
Art piece(s) remain the sole property of the Artist. No ownership claims will be made by either Agent or Homeowner. Agent will hang art piece(s) in Homeowner's house while the house is listed for sale through the Agent. Art piece(s) … (3 comments)
