It seems to me that the last years of real estate have seemed like a game of roulette. Round and round we go and where we will stop, who knows?  Anyone else feeling a little dizzy?
I am keeping my fingers crossed though. I the last couple of weeks I have personally seen a lot of interest being sparked in first time home buyers. This is so exciting!! I was actually working a floor shift and thought I would get a head start on writing a contract for a client, lately we had been lucky to get just one call a day … (1 comments)
