Duct Cleaning And Air Filters (1 of 2) - 10/26/10 10:06 AM
In the post that follows, JAY MARKANICH asks an important question..be warned, you may hear yourself responding..EEEEE_YOU -OOOOOOOO
"Is your return duct a dust mite factry?  Um, YES!  Just as your furniture, carpets, pillows and mattresses are!
How big are they?  The picture on the right is one sitting on something much smaller than the head of a pin, which is 2 millimeters in diameter.  That dust mite is 250 - 300 microns in size.  A micron is one-millionth of a meter.  So this mite to the right is one-quarter or so of a millimeter, and about twenty four times larger … (3 comments)

FORECLOSURE DENIED! THE DEFENDANT DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MIRANDA WARNING! - 10/17/10 08:38 AM
LEN HARLEY (see the post that follows) is known for her frank talk. "If you're thinking 'they bought homes they couldn't afford, just leave the building," she says on the subject of the mortgage mess.
And I found myself nodding my head when I read, " The government made a choice, help the investment community that was bleeding Billions or help the American home owner who was losing their home, their credit and their dignity.  The government made the wrong choice.  Without the American consumer, there is no economic recovery. "
And LENN...and many of us would like to know...

Turn a Million Leaves of Green
Hiding, or maybe lost and then found, they scud low across the Great Plains, those      dependable       clouds, heading east to Appalachia.
I stand here at the edge, touch their wisps, while shivering slightlyand nodding politelyto the range of Pisgah.Sure winter is about to round the bend, turn a million leaves of greento purple-gold and thenblow down the myriad colors, paint the mountains, and seriously dapple the Carolina Blue sky.
