asheville eco learning tours: ASHEVILLE DEVELOPMENT: GREEN Muse Looks at Growth - 06/02/09 09:59 AM
MAPPING ASHEVILLE DEVELOPMENT --Asheville, NC- June , 2009 I got an email from a dear friend and client this morning. She and her husband, conservation land stewards, live in South Carolina but hold land here in the Asheville area. It seems that news has traveled down her way. "I hear that Asheville is becoming much more populated - that lots of people are moving there. For good reason, of course., " she wrote. Looking at this from various perspectives (see photo of my pal the "green muse of Asheville looking at future growth)I find I have several answers for her. Here in (3 comments)

Advanced Training: Some suggest that advanced training and skill in navigating the short sale process is NOT necessary. Other real estate professionals, who daily undertake servicing the parties involved in a complex and complicated process, contend (5 comments)

There were the gentle slopes, the trails to easy then steep climbs, the Old Growth Grandfather Tree, the south-facing meadow, the cascading falls, the moss so old you were awestruck, and beside it, an Appalachian chimney ruin and ancient stone wall; places where continuity reigns and tranquility abides. Here are a few moments we captured along the way. Let me know if, like us, YOU are a person (5 comments)

"The recycled wood floors have a non-toxic finish, but we aren't sure if it is completely set yet." Of course, we all happily obliged. And that's when I snapped this photo. ..and thought....how similar, yet how different all those shoes were...and how we , too are so much alike, yet (3 comments)
